Born in Tehran Iran Mastaneh has lived in United States and now resides in Melbourne Australia. She combines more than 20 years of teaching experience and draws on her training in Alexander Technique, music, Pilates and Aikido to create an integrated and personalised program that affects the underlying cause of each challenge.
